Produced exclusively with Verdeca grapes, vine autochthonous that comes from land once covered by the sea ​​and where shells can
still be found today.
The grapes harvested in the Apulian vineyards in the countryside of Cassano delle Murge is selected entirely by hand, with
fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperature controlled.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections, bright, it opens with pleasant arons of white and peach flowers.
In the mouth it amazes for its persistent flavor and freshness, with an intense finish.
Ideal as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fish raw ham, seafood appetizers and fish dishes.

terrain, typically Murgian (clayey, calcareous and rich in minerals) confers the typical characteristics structural.
