SNM-16 pile cage machine | ||||||||
The pile cage machine is designed for winding and welding of reinforcing cages of reinforced concrete driven piles for general construction needs.
SNM pile cage machines are capable of producing piles with sections of 300x300, 350x350 and 400x400mm, square, rectangular and trapezoidal, 12-16 meters long. Productivity is up to 100 frames (12 meters) per shift.
The design of the machine is patented in Russia, the basic principle is that when winding and welding transverse wire, the frame does not rotate around its axis, but extends horizontally, parallel to the floor.
The welding gantry is equipped with a quick way to adapt to different fittings.
