Description
With their irresistibly intense flavour, the Plumcake Golosità al Cacao are even softer thanks to the mix prepared using lactose-free full-fat yoghurt. Ideal for breakfast, great also as a tasty snack.
Sugar, lactose-free whole-milk yoghurt 19.2%, eggs, corn starch, sunflower oil, humectant: sorbitol; cocoa powder 4.4%, rice flour, raising agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate; tapioca starch, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, psyllium fibre, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum; salt, flavourings. May contain traces of lupin, mustard and soy.
The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose. Lactose content < 0.01%.
