Our producer partners in Aomori Prefecture are making their own feed utilizing fermenting human leftovers and organic vegetables instead of general feed to raise their cattle. The pigs are carefully raised for over 12 months, which means four months longer than usual. Soaked in the sun with chaff charcoaled and sprinkled on the farm, the pig grows alive and healthy in nature.
By taking longer time, the taste of old-fashioned pork is solid. In particular, the meat become marbled, and it is pork with the quality of A5 Wagyu beef with sweet fat. It can be chilled or frozen, and exported in parts such as fins, loin, shoulder loin, roses, etc.
