The main ingredient of our “Crosarino” is European swine meat, mostly from Germany or Austria.
After a strictly initial control, we add to the ham legs salt and a special mix of spices of our invention.
After an aging of 6 months or more, the Crosarino is ready: its slice is rosé-coloured with slight white fat part, its taste is remarkably sweet.
