The SNMT pile coiling machine is designed for winding and welding heavy reinforcement cages ("longitudinal 32 + wound wire 8 mm" max.) Of reinforced concrete driven piles. The winding and welding of piles on machines of the SNMT series occurs WITHOUT rotation of the pile frame around its axis, while the basic principle of resistance welding is observed. The installation has a high productivity up to 80 frames (12 meters) per shift.
The design of the machine is patented in Russia, the basic principle is that when winding and welding transverse wire, the frame does not rotate around its axis, but extends horizontally, parallel to the floor.
The welding gantry is equipped with a quick adaptation to fittings. The adjusting screws are located on each of the guide blocks of the welding gantry. With their help, the welding electrode is fine-tuned and brought to the welding point. Quickly, without the need to unscrew and readjust the fasteners on the former.
The SNMT pile coiling machine fully adheres to the basic rule of resistance welding. The clamping of pneumatic cylinders with a welding electrode (4 cylinders, 4 points) occurs directly perpendicular to the intersection of the longitudinal reinforcement and the wound wire. At the same time, 2 points are welded, thereby reducing the machine time for the production of the frame.
