Product Configurations
-Core Material: Glassfibre at Diameter 6-11 Micron, which is REACH & RoHs Compliant;
-Barrier Film: The barrier film is gas & water vapour impermeable. It's at a low thermal conductivity that can maximally preventthe thermal bridge effect. It's used to envelope the core material for further evacuation and sealing to prevent outside gases
from entering the panel.
-Absorbents: Getters and desiccants are both implanted inside to absorb ridual gas and water vapour. This helps maintain steady
vacuum conditions and extend service life.

Production Process
We conduct whole process of VIP from core material, barrier film, getter production to K-factor detector, from development to production all in our own factory and maintain strict quality control through raw material, first sample check before mass production, randam check during production and full inspection before shippment, which aims to provide the best price-ratio and no defect products to our customers.
