The ionite nutrient substrate ZION FOR LAWNS provides and maintains optimum conditions for active growth and healthy development of lawn grass. It facilitates the development of a strong root system and enhances grass-cover thickness. The ionite substrate ZION FOR LAWNS provides the plants with a balanced set of nutrients throughout their lifecycle.
Based on natural mineral (zeolite) and environmentally friendly.
Making the lawn grass thick and facilitating its active growth during several seasons.
Effective for grass planting in shadow zones and problem soil areas.
Providing effective preparation of the plants for winter season and healthy development of the lawn thereafter.
It is not a mineral fertilizer. ZION does not contain nitrates, phytohormones, pesticides, herbicides and growth accelerants.
Recommended for direct contact with the root system.
Contains 60 times more nutrients than the most fertile soil (e.g. rich black soil). It retains productivity for up to 3 years.
Methods of application:
For lawn seeding: evenly distribute ZION over the soil surface prepared for seeding. Loosen the soil, lower the substrate to a depth of 5-7 cm, set the grass seeds and pour plenty of water on them. The recommended use rate of ZION substrate for lawn planting depends on the initial soil quality and varies from 200 to 500 g per m2. For damaged areas' restoration: up to 700 g per m2.
For roll out lawns: evenly distribute ZION over the soil surface prepared for rolling. Use a rake to lower ZION to a depth of down to 7 cm. Roll out the lawns and pour plenty of water on them. The recommended use rate of ZION substrate for roll out lawns depends on the initial soil quality and varies from 200 to 500 g per m2. For damaged areas' restoration: up to 700 g per m2.
For growing lawn dressing: prior to aeration, evenly distribute the substrate over the lawn, at a rate of 150-250 g per m2. Perform aeration and pour plenty of water. Adding more substrate will just enable to enhance its effectiveness and extend substrate lifetime.

What is ZION?
Ionite substrate ZION is a full set of nutrients (N, P, K, S, etc) captured by natural ion-exchangers as positively or negatively charged ions.
The matrix of the substrate is natural ionites (zeolites) enriched with the macronutrients like nitrogen, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur and micronutrients (manganese, boron, molybdenum, iron, etc.) available to plants in ionic osmotically non-active form.
They have weak acidic reaction. pH range of water suspension 6,0 - 7,0. ZION substate are fully functional nutritious medium for plants growing without any additional fertilization.
In fact ZION is not a fertilizer! It is high concentrated granular nutritious media for plants growing.
