While, ginger has a pungent flavor, versatile aroma, and it is a excellent seasoning, that can substitutes salt. Ginger is used in main
courses, like risotto and soup, on meat and fish but also in cake or in teas and aromatized water. Ginger is useful to reduce nausea, both caused by seasickness, and typical of pregnancy. Oregano is a very ancient aromatic plant, already known at the time of the Egyptians of the Greeks. It has an exceptional aroma and incredible properties: its main characteristic is the high content of phenols that stimulate digestion, but it also contains
vitamins and minerals such as calcium, sodium, iron, magnesium and potassium. It can be used as a remedy for sore throat or as an essential oil in case of cold. These properties give oregano anti-inflammatory functions, so much to be considered as "natural medicine" and moreover it can also
be considered as a powerful natural insecticide. In cooking it is an excellent choice to flavor any dish, both salty and sweet.
