Our urethane rolls for steel, which have accumulated many years of experience and achievements are regularly used by most steel manufacturers. We can manufacture not only products with small diameter, but also rolls with diameter up to 1.8-m and length up to 10-m. A wide range of variations are available, from wringer rolls which require chemical resistance to applicator rolls which require solvent resistance. All materials are "abrasion resistant", which is a property of urethane rubber and are resistant to edge wear. Urethane rubber is also used in the main roll of multi-wire saw machines that slice ingots such as silicon, quartz, crystal, etc. for solar and semiconductor related products. We can provide also rolls for papermaking and printing.
