Warranty and assistance

 

  Return Policy: You can return any new Product that you have purchased from us and that you receive broken or damaged, or that is in an unopened box, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  

 

We reserves the right to test returns of broken machines and impose a fee equal to 15% of the sales price on the customer if the customer misinterprets the condition of the product.  Any returned product found to be damaged by customer misuse, missing parts, or in unacceptable condition due to customer tampering will result in a replacement customer charge based on the condition of the product. 

 We  will not accept returns on any product after 30 days of receipt of the shipment.
