But that's not enough. It is the way we grow and transform that guarantees a nourishing end product naturally enriched with beneficial substances, for the health and well-being of body and mind.
We have chosen Integral Agriculture: a circular and sustainable cultivation method. Plants grow with only the nourishment of the soil and mature with the energy of the sun. This allows us to collect RICH FOODS from the field, with high concentrations of macro, micro-nutrients and antioxidants.
The next step is processing, that can't ruin the nutritional and organoleptic profile of a high quality raw material. For this, we use an innovative "long dehydration" method. This only eliminates the internal humidity of the freshly harvested vegetables, without cooking or processing at high temperatures, and preserves all the characteristics of the field product. The result is a food without water and hyper-concentrated. RAW, LIVE and natural.

How it is made?

Fresh ingredients from Integral Italian Farming are the only secret for Su di tono | Organic Italian Superfoods. Our organic vegetables, herbs and spices are processed by hand, with an innovative technique of DEHYDRATION: by draining out water, nutrients and taste of fresh greens are preserved in maximum concentration, against external degrading agents.
Dried ingredients are then powdered and transformed into special recipes, ready to prepare and taste. The special formula of our products enhance the use of minimum quantity of product. The leftover can be stored back in the jar for long, to help reduce food wasting.

OUR COMPANY
Greens are grown in our Farm SAN PIO X Az. Agr. dal 1708, according to the principles of INTEGRAL FARMING: a sustainable and circular system. Sun is the energy for production, while soil nourishes plants (without pesticides or chemicals), that grow up rich in taste, nutrients and antioxidants. This system is sustainable and circular: vegetables are harvested in full ripening, in the proper season, and earth receives back what we take.
Raw materials are processed by hand, with an exclusive DEHYDRATION METHOD, improved in a long years’ experience. Vegetables are drained out the water, in order to concentrate their nutrients and avoid degradation of the product, keeping it “always fresh” as just picked up from the field. Then, different ingredients are combined into flavourful recipes, developed in collaboration with Gregori Nalon, Italian Chef & Cooking Strategist.
