SZG Series twin cone shaped Rotary vacuum granule dryer
Main Application:
SZG Series twin cone-shaped Rotary Vacuum Dryer is used in the industry of pharmaceutical,foodstuff,feedstuff,and chemical to dry material,such as tablet,instant soluble medicine,instant soluble food,plastic,resin and eatable powder.
Feature:
Target material can be heat sensible,easily oxidized,fragile crystal,recycled soluble granules and poisoning material.
When the container rotates,heating point is continuously changes,so material dries rapidly and evenly.Indirect heating can prevent pollution and dead corner.It is easy to clean maintain and operate.The design ensures well sealed function.
Operating Principle:
Well sealed interlayer is designed for heat carriers,such as water and vapour.Heat is delivered to material through inner side.The container rotates slowly and material gets mixed and heated.Steam from the material releases in a vacuum room and pumps out to recycle so that material gets dry rapidly.

3) What mesh or mm or micron(size) of the powder you want?
4 ) What voltage you want? For example, 380V 50hz 3p; 440V 60Hz,3p; 220V... (We only provide 3P, because our machines are all for industrial use,not for family.)
5) Usually we use stainless steel 304, if you want stainless steel 316, it's OK and please tell us.
