This machine applies pure cotton to knit tube bags, medical bandage and stockinette. It adopts transducer to adjust cylinder running speed then regulate knitting rate. The machine has slow-start function which also can change knitting speed at random. It is not only helping the new machine grind in, but also conducive to observed the machine running conditions and product quality situation. It is equipped with positive yarn feeder, which can make the feeding speed more smooth, decrease the rate of yarn-breaking and defective index. 3. What about consumption of the line?
How much raw material is necessary to produce 100 meters of finished products.
For example, if 100 meters long weighs 5kgs, then 5x1.05=5.25kgs raw material.
The wastage can be controlled less than 5%, even 3%.
4. Can you give us a characteristic of the raw material to use on this line?Can you give us a list of manufactures for this material?
Yes, we can inform manufacturers if order confirmed.

5. Question about the final product - can we change and customize the diameter of the final product? Or we need some additional options?
Generally, the diameter of the final product is confirmed, you can adjust +-1cm wide. If you want to change the diameter, you can buy extra cylinder with different needles quantity.
6. Can you provide us consumables, fast wearing parts, needles, spare parts etc. list which are needed for one year of work?
Yes, those spare parts will be provided. Each machine can be presented 100 pcs dial needles / 50 pcs sinkers+ 100 pcs knitting

T/T with 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
7.2 Sample preparation:
Once machine finished, will make sample and send to you for final confirmation.
