A: The lead time is 3~7 days for sample, 10~25 days for bulk order.

A: No MOQ for existent items, MOQ 1000pcs for modified ones.
Q: 4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: For small quantity, generally ship by DHL, EMS, UPS, or FedEx, usually take 4~7 days to arrive. For large quantity,
ship by airplane or ocean, shipping time will depend on destination port.
Q: 5. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly MOQ 1000pcs request, then we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, next we will make a real sample
for second confirmation. If sample is ok, finally we will go to mass production.

A: Of course, all our products are with One Year Warranty.
Q: 7. How about the packing:
A: 1. Less 300g/pcs,Antistatic bag+white box+carton.
2.300g~10kg/pcs, one battery one paper box, then cartons.
3. Over 10kg/pcs, one battery one carton, then wooden.
