This makes Tongkat Ali a challenge to use as an ingredient in food and beverages. Because of this, we have developed Debittered Tongkat Ali, an extract ingredient that is formulated specifically to be less bitter.

Tongkat Ali is native to Malaysia and the South East Asia region, but the majority of documented traditional use and extensive clinical trials has been on Malaysian-sourced Tongkat Ali. Biotropics's Debittered Tongkat Ali extract comes from all-Malaysian Tongkat Ali roots, enriched from its environment in the tropical rainforest of Malaysia.
