JAYUAN CCA Wire

Copper-clad aluminum wire has high electrical conductivity, enhanced tensile strength and elongation, and good weldability.

Copper-clad aluminum wire is covered with a layer of pure copper concentrically on its surface, so it has the same weldability as

pure copper wire, which greatly improves the mechanical properties and applicability of the product.

Advantages of JAYUAN CCA Wire

1.Lighter than copper:

The outer copper covers the inner aluminum core, combining the excellent electrical conductivity of copper with the lightness of aluminum.
2.Flexible:

It can be further processed into flat and thin lines like copper wire, and can be tinned.

CCA is about 32 to 40% as dense as copper and 2.45 to 3.00 times longer than copper of the same weight and diameter, which helps cable manufacturers reduce production costs.
