Chemical polishing machine for metal parts
What is chemical polishing?
It is a treatment method that polishes the metal surface with only chemicals to give it a gloss or smooth the surface.
Some people may think of "polishing" as processing by machine or by hand, but "chemical polishing" can be processed by immersing it in a chemical without using physical force. Since it is an immersion type, it can handle areas that cannot be reached by physical polishing or electropolishing.
Treatment flow:
1.Degreasing,
2.Washing with water,
3.Chemical polishing,
4.Washing with water,
5.Passivation,
6.Washing with water,
7.Drying.
Note;
The chemical polishing agent is processed by raising the temperature to 90 degreeC or higher. Therefore, acid gas is generated, so a scrubber for acid gas treatment is required separately.
