A. All the products will go through five steps of QC before leaving the workshop, no matter it is sample or mass production.
3. Can I get everything customized here?

A. You can mix sizes and colours.
5. I want a style that you don't have on your website, can you help me develop something new?
A: Absolutely, if you have seen a garment somewhere and want something similar or if you yourself are a fashion designer and want

6. What's your sample policy?
A. The sample fee is refundable. We will return sample fee on your bulk order.
7. Can I put my logo on the products?
A. Yes, We offer a full customization services to enable you to add any item, your Sponsor Logo/design and Club Logo Badge etc. We
are equipped with latest technology which enables us to Imprint or Embroider your Logos and design on any place of garments
according to your demand.
8. Can you create the design for me?
A. As we have a design department specifically for this job, we are at your disposal when you need us. In digital design, we
design logos, mockups, vectors whiles in physical designing, we design garments and any type of promtional merchandise.
9. How can I be sure my design will be perfect?
A: Any designs that you submit are thoroughly checked by our design team to identify any issues. This might include properly
centering logos/graphics that might be slightly off, combining color variations, making sure that any graphics used have a high
enough resolution etc.
We will always send you final mockups & a details document for your final approval before proceeding to production.
And we go a step further too… during the different production steps, we will keep you posted by sending you pictures, so that if
you notice anything wrong, we can have it corrected right away!
10. What if I have a problem with my order?
A: More than anything else we want to ‘wow’ you with our quality and service. To ensure that we deliver exactly what we promise,
we go through rigorous quality checks and keep you posted on the developments as they happen.
Even then, if something is not right or up to your standards, we will work with you to make it right. We are happy to send
replacements in double quick time.
