Product Description
HM-HPA series polypropylene-based hybrid electromagnetic absorbers are the latest technology for EMC/RF test applications. It is the unique production technology that is the critical factor in achieving the highest electromagnetic reflectivity performance in an HUAMING EMC test chamber. HPA series absorbers are accurately produced by using precise molding techniques that ensure all products have the same shape and size, which is a very important feature for fast installation and, a high quality finish to the chamber interior. When used with ferrite tile, the HPA series has a broadband operating frequency range starting from 30 MHz and up to 40 GHz. HPA series ensures extremely high uniformity of carbon powder density throughout the absorber, thanks to our unique carbon powder synthesis technique. This cutting edge technology offers the following advantages: repeatable and predictable test results, almost zero carbon dust, clean test sites and low maintenance cost. HPA series is optimized to be used in the EMC chamber. The model of the HPA absorber used depends on the size of the chamber. HUAMING EMC offers the following models : HPA-30, HPA-50, HPA-75. Each of the test ranges to achieve full compliance as per CISPR 16, ANSI C63.4, IEC61000-4-3 and other international standards.
