About ALUTEC
We are an Aluminum Composite Material manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience. Our manufacturing facility is in Mexico, just a couple of hours' flight from major US airports, and our warehouse is located in Laredo, Texas.
Our production lines manufacture 10,000 square meters (107,640 square feet) every day and in the coming months we are about to install another line and expand our facilities to meet the constant demand of our customers.
We customize your projects to best suit your specific needs and our manufacturing capabilities, which allow us to produce two, three and even five color panels on the same sheet.
Our market share in Mexico is 50% since we supply ACP to Convenience Stores, Service Stations, Car Dealers, among others.
In addition to third-party logistics, we have our own transport trucks that allow us to shorten delivery times. This contributes to better cash flows, since we are in the same time zone, real-time communication is possible.
The Alutec panel is certified by the ASTM E84 & NFPA 285 standards.
1. Do you deliver to the port, warehouse or plant?
Terms of sale are FOB Mexican Port or EXW our Manufacturing facilities located
in central Mexico.
2. What are the most common uses for ACP?
Aluminum Panel is used both in commercial and residential projects to cover
walls, wall cladding, facades, in visual merchandising, framing, commercial
interiors and exteriors, construction, art applications, among others. It is faster to
install, bigger areas are covered in shorter times, maintenance is reduced to
almost cero and colors remain the same for more years than other materials.
3. Is the painting for outdoors?
Yes, the paint used is PVDF, which gives you a 15-year warranty installed for
outdoor use.
4. Can you print on the panel?
Yes, we have an Aluminum Panel from the Alusign brand. This panel is made
with polyester paint which you can use it for printing
5. What is the maximum length you can make a panel?
The maximum length is 196” Inch or 16.33 ft. In special productions we can
customize the measurements.
6. Do you have international certifications?
We are certified to ASTM E84 and NFPA 285 as marked by United States
standards.
7. Do you do Routing?
No, that process is normally carried out by fabricators or architectural companies
who will route, bend-in edges and install for the client. It is important to mention
that the deformations in the panel invalidate your guarantee.
8. What aluminum alloy do you use?
Aluminum alloy 3003 h24 is used for the Alutec and Alucomex brands.
9. What width ranges of aluminum do you have?
We have 48” or 4 ft up to 61” or 5.08 ft. In special productions we can customize
the measurements.
10. Do I need to pay extra for the pallets?
No, we included it in the price.
11. What is the product packaging?
ACP sheets are placed over a polyurethane sheet and wrapped with foam rubber
and strapped.
12. Do you match colors?
Yes, we use Pantone and RAL color guides.
13. How long does the matching process take?
Approximately four weeks.
14. What are the terms?
Up front 50% when order is placed and 50% upon FOB delivery
15. Is the product guaranteed?
Yes, as specified in our web site.
16. How do I claim a guarantee?

17. Do you send samples?
We offer sample pieces at no cost, but from the second request, the
shipping will be paid by the buyer, with the possibility to get it credited
from the respective purchase order when it is placed.
