• We are oriented to the total satisfaction of our customers and consumers, we understand that it is of great importance to produce products of the highest quality and that meet international standards, so in addition to having highly qualified personnel in the manufacture of our products, we have our QUALITY & INNOVATION LAB, with the latest technology to perform the necessary tests based on international standards to ensure outstanding performance and extremely resistant of our products in the field, thus supporting the confidence of our customers. 

• Our quality filters start with the supervision of raw materials, auditing of manufacturing processes, verification of times and movements, inspection during the production batch, review and authorization of the finished product, as well as the corresponding laboratory tests.  Once authorized by the Quality personnel, it is packed and stored for quick delivery to our customers.

What warranty do you offer for your products?

• We guarantee for 1 year against factory defect and 3 years for the integrity of the physical part (follow recommendations for use and installation).  

• In each purchase, we deliver in writing to our customers, the Certificate of Compliance corresponding to the products purchased, thus supporting our commitment to total satisfaction (the useful life of the products depends on the working environment).

How to place an order?

Contact us providing the product you require, quantity of pieces and color, if it will be customized (*if applicable) and the location where your order will be shipped.   We are at your service and our experts will provide you with the necessary attention for the success of your project.

Can I place my order with different Hersan products?

Yes, in fact, it is recommended that you consider all the products you require to have a better negotiation for your project. 

It is important to consider that each product has different MOQ.

Can I get samples of your products?

• Of course, we can send some samples of our products.  

• Samples are free of charge but the freight is paid by the customer. 

What is the delivery time?

• Normally we have enough stock for immediate delivery on standard products.  For customized or special products, delivery time will be informed at the time.

• In case we do not have enough stock for your order due to the high demand of our products, our delivery time is very short because we have an automated production line, which allows us to manufacture large volumes with exceptional quality control. You will be pleasantly surprised with our delivery times.

• Normally the delivery time depends more on the courier, it is common for orders to be received by the customer 15-20 days after payment and samples are delivered within 2-3 business days.

How long does it take to process the orders?

• Normally the same day we receive the payment and purchase order from our customers we start the process in the warehouse to prepare the shipment, ready to continue the delivery process according to the type of shipment selected by the customer in the negotiation; so you will not have to wait long times for the shipment of your purchase.  *Depending on the type of project

What is the price?

• As you know, different quantities with different prices, the lower price is based on quantity, delivery time and payment method. Please contact us, we are here to serve you.

What is the payment method?

• We require a written Purchase Order and a 40% down payment as a deposit, the remaining 60% for the release of the order and delivery to the carrier/carrier of the customer's choice.

• We recommend payment by wire transfer for the security of our customers.

What shipping methods do you have?

• Samples: are shipped by major global parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, in Express International via land, air or sea,
