2. Can i use directly without doing anything? Like bypass the ballast? It's so difficult for me.
Yes you can use it directly, no need to do anything, just plug and play. It can bypass or compitable with the ballast, single or
double ended is ok. Easy installation and very connevient, most customers buy it in US, it's the best sales.
3.Does it have UL or DLC Listed?
