Product Description
How does the pallet change operation take place?
The pallet change operation start with the transport of the load (product + pallet) inside the machine. The operator use a push-button panel with commands in order to block the product that performs the overturning at 180°. Then the operator manually picks up the old pallet and insert the new one. At the end of this operation, the inverter pallet is turned to the starting position. The pallet change operation can also take place at 90 ° if the products are stable (eg boxes).

Description of the stationary pallet changer TOPPY INVERTER
The stationary Toppy Inverter pallet turner can turn loads on pallets up to a maximum weight of 1.500 kg and a height of 2.000 mm.
The inverter pallet is available in the manual version, with button panel or in the automatic version via PLC. It is an extremely versatile device suitable for various industrial sectors such as the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetic, ceramic sectors, etc.
Furthermore, TOPPY INVERTER is available for Logy/inline configuration (automatic pallet change logistics system), can be integrated with roller conveyors and automatic pallet magazines.

All the Toppy machinery are equipped with safety measurements to avoid work injuries, with an eye to GMP norms to ensure the appropriate quality standards.
Our stationary pallet inverter systems are supplied with safety system that do not allow access to the operators in the area in front of the machine. These are optional systems such as metal perimeter protection nets and safety photocells to limit access.
