1. Product Introduction
This machine is the latest generation of cashmere carding equipment,which meets the demand of cashmere products industry for the new high-grade cashmere carding machines,as well as could greatly promote the technological progress of cashmere carding equipment.
2. Configuration list of YQ-FN288-1 Production Line
Automatic Wool Feeder→ Double Roller Opening Machine→Cashmere Dehairing Machine→Wool Feeder→Dust Suction Cage Feeder +Cashmere Flat Carding Machine(3 sets)→Cashmere Carding Machine(2 sets)
3. Working Principle
4.1 Through the rational allocation of the above-mentioned single machines,the cashmere and other fibers can be opened, carding,and coarse wool and impurities will be removed step by step, in order to improve the extraction rate of cashmere and decrease cashmere loss.
4.2 The product can be divided according to its work width and output: 1020mm(YQ-FN288) and 1500mm (YQ-FN150)

7. Details of Negative Pressure Fully Automatic Cashmere Carding Machine
- Better working environment:The equipment adopts fully enclosed housing, which not only improves the appearance, but also increases the safety performance of the equipment,The dust in the workshop is collected through the dust box, which purifies the working environment and reduces dust pollution.
