We grind selected Italian grains in different regions of Italy in order to guarantee a range of products, i.e. from weak flours for desserts to flours for large leavened products such as Panettoni and Colombe.
All our Lots are checked in our quality laboratory before being delivered to the distributor, processor or final consumer.
