Environmentally friendly,long work hours, two-component rigid type polyurethane foam /MU-663
MU-663A/B are two-component polyurethane foam resins.
It can be used mainly for lightweight measures, shock-absorbing materials, and cushioning material applications.
Color can be easily changed by adding a coloring agent.
Thus, creativity is unlimited.
Foam foams up to 20 times and provides rigid cushioning.
It has a long pot life, is easy to work with, and is made with environmentally friendly ingredients.

You can even customize the foaming time and hardness of the cured product!
1. Add 100 parts of MU-663A to 160 parts of MU-663B and mix well. (by weight)
2. When potting, apply mold release agent to the mold with air holes before starting.
Resin expands 20 times, so please prepare a mold with sufficient margin.
3. When left at room temperature (approx. 25°C), the resin will cure in approx. 5 minutes.
MU-663A is 5kg/can in a metal container.
MU-663B is 4kg/can and comes in a metal container.
These are packed safely and securely in cardboard boxes.
