Product Description
Electro permanent lifting magnets with telescopic beams
HM2 Series electro permanent lifting magnets with telescopic beams are specially developed for safe lifting and moving of steel sheets with different lengths.The electrically driven telescopic system makes it possible to use this traverse in limited spaces.
Control System
The electronic control unit has a selector switch with which several magnetic modules can be activated or deactivated according to the shape of the steel sheet.
Controlling the lifting operation via the integrated digital push buttons or with the standard supplied radio remote control.

Landing detection
An inductive proximity switch and associated cam, mounted on the harp shackle of the hoisting chain, prevents accidental demagnetizing in the air.
Telescopic beam
The welded beam made of structural steel is equipped with a number of electro permanent magnet modules, which are elastically suspended, for a perfect adaptation on the steel sheet.
Lamp block
The status of the magnet is visually indicated by a clear LED lamp block. The load may only be moved when the green lamp lights up continuously.
