This equipment is specially used for producing high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe andspecial-shaped pipe. The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw .Rolling speed can be ajustedcorrespondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

Products Description


Step 1. Hydraulic double-Coil Un-Coiler
Un-Coiler is the important equipment of entrance section of pipe mill line. Mainly used to hold steel strip to make coils unfold.Supplying raw material for the production line .
Step 2.Hydraulic Shear & Automatic Welding
Shear&Butt welder is used to shear the irregular ends of steel strip and weld steel strips of two coils together. Thus ensuringthe continuous production.


Step 3.Horizontal accumulator
Accumulators are necessary for tube mill manufacturing, as they are responsible for temporary material storage and ensurescontinuous operation. It also protects the steel strip against scratching.
Step 4.Main Mill
The steel strip of a certain width is bent into corresponding specifications of round pipe, rectangular pipe or open profile
through roll forming.This unit consists of five parts: forming machine, welding machine, cooling part, sizing machine, and
straightening machine.


Step 5.Solid State H.F.Welder
Solid state high frequency tube welder for carbon steel, aluminum copper,Stainless steel tube/pipe welding.The whole set of solidstate H.F.welder is composed of switch rectifying cabinet,inverter output cabinet, 2-Dadjustable bracket,circulation soft water cooling system and central operation cabinet.
Step 6.Cold Flying Saw
It is the mechanical equipment which used in continuously production, Auto Fixed ruler cutting steel pipes , which is one of the element support device for weld pipe production line.Low inertia DC motor through mechanical transmission device,measuring,calculate and driving saw car at the same speed with the high speed running pipe,then cut off the pipe with specified length .
