Dorobianco is produced with three grape varieties from the Avanzi family estates. A refined and fresh drink, which shows a straw yellow color with gold reflections.
Its bouquet is exquisitely fruity and floral; hints of exotic fruit mixed with citrus aromas of lime and grapefruit make room for hints of green apple and sweet nuances of fresh white flowers.
An elegant sip that releases a very pleasant acid and savory note on the palate. Mineral at the right and fresh point, Dorobianco turns out to be an exceptional glass to sip as an aperitif. Long and persistent, it offers evolving fragrant notes of ripe fruit to be savored calmly.
Excellent to combine with first courses based on fish and shellfish.
