Q: What should I be aware of ?
A: Please be noted as below.
1.The cooling circuit material must be selected to avoid corrosion.
2.In order to avoid blockage caused by oxidation, the cooling circuit are not recommended to be made of aluminum, zinc, mild steel or cast iron.
3.The cooling circuit are recommended to be made of stainless steel, copper, copper alloy and opaque plastic pipe, etc.
4.It's better to recommend an opaque pipeline system to avoid bacteria or moss in the pipeline.
5.The temperature of cooling liquid must be above dew point to avoid condensate on the inner assembly. The high purity nitrogen is needed to protect the laser system before cooling liquid.
6.Before shipment or storage, drain off the contaminated cooling liquid.
Q: Can you do OEM Fiber Lasers?
A: Yes, if you meet the requirements, we can do some OEM for you.
Q: How can I clean when the laser tube lens polluted?
A: Blow the lens surface obliquely with balloon. If the above no effect, user needs to remove the lens and use a cotton ball with a little alcohol to rotate the lens. No need too much alcohol, but the glue layer of the adhesive lens cannot be touched in case of gas inside escaping. The laser cannot be used till alcohol evaporating.
Q: How can I store the laser tubes when I do not use it?
A: The cooling liquid must run out in storage or transportation; The output must be covered with a dust-proof plastic wrap; The storage temperature should be kept between 2-40°C and the humidity between 10-60%.
