It`s hard to find a lactose-free cheese that is real cheese, but not impossible. Our lactose-free cured cheese is made with raw sheep`s milk and matured between 4 and 6 months under optimal conditions. Lactose-free, but maintaining all the flavour of tradicional sheep cheese.
