The original bottle of sake is daiginjo-shu produced by ASAHI-TSURU.
This sake has a melon-like aroma and a crisp finish.
In order to bring out the flavor of the rice, ASAHI-TSURU produces "DAIGINJO" with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, which means that the rice is not over-refined.
