Paddy cleaner is designed to separate impurities like straw, dust, lighter particles, stones from paddy, so the next machines will work more efficiently when paddy is cleaned in paddy cleaners. Different sieves can separate large, small and light impurities from wheat, paddy, corn and oil bearing materials. 

We manufacture Paddy & rice cleaner machines, including pre-cleaners and vibrating cleaners. These Grain cleaners are used for sieving paddy and other grains to make them free of dust, small stones, paddy hulls and short straws(remove both big & small impurities from the raw grain). The cleaners are manufactured with single blower or double blower with double deck, having capacity to clean 1t to 12t of paddy per hour. Cleaners are also manufactured in special version for parboiling units with one blower and one aspiration box, which cleans the paddy up to 99%. 

This product is used in rice mills as cleaning machine for processing rice in bulk quantities, they are necessary units for a complete rice milling plant. 1. Product Description
TQLM Series rotary cleaning machine is used to remove the big, small and light impurities in the grains. It can adjust the rotary speed and the weight of the balance blocks according to removing requests of different materials. At the same time, its body have three types running tracks: The front part (inlet) is oval, the middle part is circle, and the tail part (outlet) is straight reciprocating. The practice proves that, this kind of composite motion form that combined by the motion characteristics of both vibration sieve and rotary sieve is the best matching, according to the change of motion tracks on its screen surface and the characteristic of materials' impurities. It can get higher cleaning efficiency even with lower power consumption. This rotary cleaning machine is with stable running , low noise, good sealing, currently more welcomed in rice mill plants.

1.Three different motion tracks on the same machine, the feed end of the machine body is approximately shaken left /right, which is conducive for uniform feeding and automatic grading.
2.The planar circular motion of middle part of the machine is beneficial to separation and removing of impurities;
3.The straight reciprocating motion of outlet part of the paddy cleaner is good for discharging the big impurities.
4.Airtight sieve body equipped with suction device, less dust;
5.Adopt four angle steel rope to hang screen body, smooth operation and durable.
