"Kinako” is soybean flour that have been milled after roasting soybeans.
This product uses soybeans from Hokkaido, Japan, sticking to raw materials.




It is a soybean flour processed with specialized technology "ultra-low temperature (-196 ℃) grinding" so as not to lose quality of soybeans that have been carefully and deeply roasted so that the flavor of soybean can be strongly felt.
Our special technology has become possible to process it into fine grinding without losing flavor compared to general soybean flour.
Therefore, the original rich flavor of roasted soybeans is retained. 




The average particle size of this product is about 11 μm, which is a very fine particle. (The average particle size of ordinary soybean flour is about 110 μm.)
It is a delicious soybean flour that you can strongly feel its rich flavor without feeling roughness in the mouth.
Even if you put it in a liquid, it has good dispersibility and a smooth texture.
It is safe and secure because it does not use excipients at all.
Since the product is wrapped in aluminum, there is little deterioration in flavor over time.
