A:Sure, we can do customized products as your ideas. Actually we can do both OEM/ODM service.

Q: Are the samples free?

A: Free for available stock samples, refundable for new making customized samples

Q:How can you control the quality for us?

A: Once you place an order to us, we will send confirmation samples for your checking before bulk production.

If confirmed, our professional QC will take the sample to the factory for checking materials and all the packing details and make sure everything as your requirement. What's more, it's also welcomed that your QC can go to inspect production.

Q: What is the production lead time?

A: -Samples: 7 -14 days after details confirmed.
-Bulk production: 30-60 days after deposit received.
