The new plate-side adhesive technology is designed to remove plates with less force and in the presence of ink on the flexo printing plates. L1020 ribbon offers high quality standard combination printing and is suitable for solid color combination and natural reproduction where solid colors and process are equally important.

The woven pattern creates a continuous and permanent network of micro channels in the adhesive, thus allowing air to escape between the tape and the barrel / sleeve and between the tape and plate. The adhesive on the liner side (plate side) of the tape is designed for mounting photopolymer plates, has excellent press grip and easy removal of the plate during disassembly.
The adhesive on the non-liner side (cylinder side) of the ribbon is designed for mounting on flexo printing cylinders or sleeves, providing easy application on assembly and easy removal on disassembly.
