Applications of sublimation paper
What is the heat sublimation process?
Heat sublimation transfer prints images using sublimation inks and digital printers.Designs are printed on paper with sublimation coating
Then, through the pressing equipment, the design on the paper is hot pressed into light colored items such as shirts, carpets, home textiles, ceramics, marble and so on at a high temperature of about 200℃.
After finishing the transfer, the design on the product is bright color, high saturation, and will not fade.
Work flow
We have our own coating formula and produce line.
Firstly,we will coat on the different gram weight base paper ,after finishing the coating,we will test the printing affect;
Secondly,when passed the test,the jumbo will be rewound to the small rolls according to the customers requirements.
Finally,packed by carton or pallet then export to client's country.

1.Paper tube:The diameter of tube is 2'' and 3''.
According to the length and gsm of each roll,the thickness of tube is from 2.5mm to 10mm.
2.For small rolls,will be wrapped in black plastic film,both sides are sealed with tube plug to prevent moisture.Then packed by carton.
3.For big roll,will pack by corrugated paper or pallet.
Shipment details
