Structure features:
1.Dual-mold automatic hydraulic tire curing press ,the hydraulic system is driven by a hydraulic station one to five vulcanzing machine ,and can realize the process control function.
2.The control system adopts PLC programmable controller as the real time control core ,the industrial computer as the main machine operation interface ,that can realize vulcanizing process parameter setting .
3.The press is suitable for the production of electric motorcycle tires and bias tires with nitrogen gas or steam vulcanizing process.
