"EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC COMPLEX FOR EXPERIMENTAL-INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION OF AQUACULTURE" LLP was formed in 2013. The main activity of the enterprise is the cultivation of sturgeon fish in aquaculture. A new aquaculture complex with an area of more than 13 000 m2 was put into operation in 2017, designed for a one-time keeping of 180 tons of sturgeon. The current total livestock is 42 tons, of which 3.2 tons are breeding females. Upon reaching full production capacity, the annual production of black caviar will be 5 tons.
