Pickled assorted (gherkins and cherry tomatoes)
Gherkins are small-fruited varieties of cucumbers with a thin skin of bright green color and dense pulp with seeds, harvested
until fully ripe. Fruit size varies from 4 to 8 cm, most often gherkins are used for further preservation. Gherkins, like any cucumbers, are 95% water, therefore they are considered low-calorie and easily digestible vegetables. Due to this property, very often such miniature vegetables can be found in various diets.

Small cucumbers contain many useful vitamins and minerals: potassium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, iodine, vitamins C, PP and B.
