PP with Titanium Dioxide /TiO2 Filler Masterbatch Twin Screw Compounding Palstic Extruder with Facotory Price
JIEYA also provides twin screw compounding extruders for filler masterbatch, which are concentrates of Caco3, talc or BaSO4 in a polymer base.
Features:
* High torque gear box-self made
Torque rating grade: 9≤T/A3≤13.5, high torque gear box, high grade domestic main components, NSK/INA brand bearings.
Imported gear box and safety clutch are optional, which can further improve the performance of machines.
* Screw-self made
Specification: diameter from φ20 toφ133 / accept custom-made
Screw elements combined with spline shaft, with closely intermeshed design and block type, they can be easily exchanged to suit
different material.
* Barrel-self made
Precision grade can reach to IT 6. It is benefit for energy reduction and block type design makes it possible for various
combination.
Barrel body is made of 45# steel excellent steel forged machining and abrasion resistant bimetal liners a-101, liner is embedded
for barrels, which hardened to HRC 60-62.
