The best ways of using dried Dong Chong Xia Cao
* Drinking as tea: putting about 8 fruiting bodies into thermostat containing 500 ml of boiling water and incubating for 2-8 hours. Best drinking in the morning before breakfast.
* Soaking in honey: 12 gram of dried fruiting bodies are soaked with 300 ml honey. Keeping the jar in dark and start using after 7-10 days. Using 2 teaspoon of the mixture with warm water per day.
* Stewing with meat, porridge, soup or cooked with bird nest.
* Brewing with wine: Putting 12 gram of dried fruiting bodies into 1 litre of 30-40% alcohol and keeping in dark for one month. Drinking 10-20 ml during meal per day.
