Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?   

A1: We have our own factory located in Guangzhou, China.  

Q2: What certificates do you have?  

A2: We have ISO13485 and ISO9001 auditing reports, and we have SGS testing reports for many o our raw materials. We have FA registration for our medical-related products. 

Q3: Could your company do OEM products? What format does your company usually use if we want to send you our 3D drawings? 

A3: Yes, we could do OEM and ODM according to the Client's requirement. We have our own graphic designer and 3D product designer. We usually use igs, stp, soliwork format.

Q4: What should I do if I want to add my logo to your product? 

A4: You need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummy/visual, you just need to approve the final dummy/visual

Q5: What is your delivery time? 

A5: It depends on different products, quantities, and detailed requirements. Usually, the lead time is 20 days - 25 days. If you have a specific delivery date required, please contact our sales and we will try out best to meet it. 

Q6: How does your company control the quality?  

A6: We have OQ during production in the factory. Our QC will also conduct inline and final inspections for every shipment according to AQL requirements so that we can ensure all the products meet the quality requirements and your specific request. 

Q7: What are your payment terms? 

A7: Our payment terms are T/T, L/C, Western Union, and Paypal. We also can provide Alibaba Secure Payment.
