1. What's your MOQ?
: MOQ varies depending on the product. Please let me know the product name (model number) and the quantity you need first.
2.How long is your delivery time?
: Generally, It takes about 5~10 work days if goods are in stock. Or it is 15~20 work days if the goods are not in stock.
For large order, we inform the buyer(customer) of the schedule first.
Please noted that the inventory status & delivery time may be changed depending on the point of order acknowledgement.
3. What kind of certification do you have of the goods?
: We have ISO9001, CE, RoHS and UL certifications (UL certifications : DGT-010 UL model only)
4. What is your terms of payment?
: Our basic transaction is T/T in advance 100% before the production.
I'm sorry but it's hard to supply the other payment method like PayPal, credit card and L/C.
5. What is your terms of shipment?
: We're using EXW terms of the incoterms 2020.
It means that the unit price excluded all kinds of delivery of charge and surcharges.
6. How long is your warranty period ?
: The warranty period for the product shall be 12 months from the date of purchase and the warranty period of the product sold under a separate contract is
in accordance with the terms set in the sales contract.
Even if it is a warranty period, the below are eligible for paid repairs. (Free repair is not possible.)
1) Failure caused by customer’s intention or negligence
2) Failure caused by foreign matter entering the product
3) Failure caused by improper use voltage
4) Damages and functional failures caused by dropping or impacting the product
Even though during warranty period, the all freight cost incurred is customer's responsibility.
7. Is there any remark contents for the trading?
: A small order fee of USD 30.00 will be surcharged for an order under USD5,000.00.
