General Description:
Pre-heater is essential equipment in thermoplastic road marking paint application.
Thermoplastic powder paint will be melted into liquid condition after being heated
up to 180°c+, then it can be transferred to thermoplastic road marking machine for traffic line markings.

The pre-heater is fully enclosed with heat retaining cotton so that the inner of
the tank has good heat retaining character.
Main Components
Improtant Parts:
 | Stove:Multi stove heated, ensuring the temperature of the tank and uniform heat of the thermoplastic powder. |
 | Dynamic transmission system:The diesel is connected with the gear pump through the clutch. The hydraulic multi-way valve controls the hydraulic motor so that the stirring shaft is driven to rotate and stir thermoplastic paint evenly. The stirring shafts rotational speed is adjusted by the throttle valve. Working pressure in the hydraulic system is adjusted by the overflow valve of the multi-way selector valve. The pressure gauge indicates the pressure value. |

 | Multi-way selector valve:The two function levers control the two hydraulic motor. The left function lever controls the left motor and the right function level controls the right motor. Every selector valve has three mode: forward, reverse and do not turn. |
