It has 9 advanced fully automatic imported medium-high-speed, high-precision SMT surface mounters and corresponding reflow soldering machines, printing machines and other supporting equipment , The daily output of electronic locks is 1,100 sets, and the annual output is 400,000 sets. In response to the market requirements of environmental protection, the entire SMT workshop is a lead-free SMT production line. The assembly workshop has 9 automatic production lines, and is equipped with a fully automatic wave soldering furnace.
