Processing
Rice processing is an order at KAFI Group, a comprehensive milling operation is managed day and night. The unit is installed at S.I.T.E Industrial Area one of the foremost industrial blocks being just 10 KM away from the main Sea Port of Karachi the facility is a platform to offer the most efficient and effective shipment process. With an installed capacity of 5300 Metric tons (8 M.Tons/Hr) per month, standing tall on a strong built 3 levels steel structure of about 50 feet. State of the art machinery has been arranged originating with Combi Cleaners & De-Stoners. Multiple Width & Length Graders allowing to command maximum length of the grain with the minimum broken percentage. Necessary NF / Water Polishers and Advanced Color Sortex Machine. This is well supported during all steps with up to date equipments and regular education of the machine operators to achieve the most sophisticated methods. To ensure cost proficient production an Industrial Gas Power Connection is utilized with an ever trustable name "Caterpillar". To also enjoy minimum production loss times a 300 KWT P.M.T has also been installed with Karachi Electric (K-Electric).

Warehousing
KAFI Group possesses a number of warehouses at S.I.T.E Industrial Area as well as Hub River Road, a 16 acre land which is being developed brick by brick for the growth of KAFI. Built on 65,000 Sq. meters with thick concrete and weatherproofing ability and has a storage capacity of up to 15,000 M.Tons of grain. A weighing bridge facility is installed with strict monitoring at various intervals. The grain is aged and running stocks are maintained for fast performance to support modern-day challenging business environments. Critical concentration is paid to safety and hygienic standards with a periodic fumigation application.
Quality Control
In pursuit of meeting the International Standards for quality achievement, the family at KAFI Group is completing its education by professional consultants for ISO-Standards such as 9001 (Quality Management System) and 22000 (Food Safety Management System).
