PROCEDURES:
1 - Buyer send LOI
2- Seller mandate send SCO
3 - Buyer send ICPO+POF.
4 - Both parties involved sign NCNDA.
5- Seller send FCO and buyer sign and return.
6- Seller sends Draft SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) Within two (2) business days. Buyer reviews, and makes necessary corrections to the Draft SPA, and then signs and returns It 10 the Seller. The Seller reviews and sends the final SPA. Both parties stamp.

13- All subsequent shipments will follow the same procedure If applicable.
14- AII shipping documentation will be delivered to the bank, within 5 working days the seller will receive payment MT103.
