Notice:
● Please be sure to use standard heat sink and thermal silica gel on this product.
● Even if a standard radiator is used, due to the increase in ambient temperature and poor ventilation,
It may cause damage to Y94. (Ambient temperature: above 40°)
● Generally, the maximum temperature of Y94 components is 125°. The radiator temperature reaches below 85°
When the temperature of the component has reached 125°, the radiator is often measured during use
temperature.
● To ensure that the thermal contact of the radiator Y94 is successfully completed, please use thermal silica.
● Use bolts to complete tightening to avoid vibration and looseness.
● Do not use heat insulation (wooden board, plastic, rubber), make sure to use standard heat dissipation. Apply thermal silica gel on the contact surface as shown in the figure above.
● As shown in the figure above, after the thermal silica gel is evenly distributed on the bottom of the radiator and solid state relay,
Fix the device up and down with the radiator hook.
